Legendary boy group Super Junior is back with the release of their performance video for their new single, “Burn the Floor.”

The video shows members Leeteuk, Heechul, Yesung, Shindong, Eunhyuk, Siwon, Donghae, Ryeowook, and Kyuhyun performing with different lights as they sing and dance the song to the viewer.

“Burn the Floor” talks about the singer's passionate admiration for his lover and likens their relationship to a sensual dance performance.

The chorus reads in English, “I want you to come out with the hottest dance / Give me a little more breathless dance / You raise the dawn, you raise me up / Burned the dark night, burning my heart yeah / Dance the greatest dance with me / Dance a more breathless dance for me.”

“Burn the Floor” is part of Super Junior's upcoming 10th album 'The Renaissance' which will be released on January 2021.

Their fans, otherwise known as ELFs, already got a taste of “Burn the Floor” during the group's performance at the recently concluded The Fact Music Awards, where the group performed a medley of their songs during the event.

Furthermore, the legendary K-pop boy group took home four prestigious awards of the night, namely Artist of the Year, TMA Popularity Award, Fan & Star Most Votes, and Fan & Star Choice Award.

Super Junior leader Leeteuk said, “Although it's been a long time since we were active, I'm a bit embarrassed to receive the Popularity award, but at the same time so grateful to the fans who always give us their love. I am grateful to all the ELFs worldwide who have been voting for us to receive such an amazing award at The Fact Awards every year.

“It is awkward and strange to hold the award ceremony where there are no fans. I hope that next year all of us will be healthier so we can meet each other offline rather than online. We will do our best to remain healthy and make more happy memories together in the future.”

Last week, Super Junior announced the postponement of the release of their 10th album to early next year.

While the group did not state the reason for the delay in their official statement, the boy group shared in an interview for Weekly Idol that they are having a hard time choosing the perfect title track for the forthcoming album.

Leeteuk told host Kwang-hee, “The production of the album will be delayed.

“We should've been here in Weekly Idol last week, but our comeback is delayed to next year. Our title track keeps getting switched, but we'll be back very soon with a good title track, so please anticipate it.”
